Dharan Turke Kholsi contract award Shear Tejeshwee JV
Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, Dharan-12, Sunsari has published a letter of intent to accept the bid of Shear Tejeshwee JV for the Turke Kholsi management work in Dharan.
The contract, numbered 56/DHARAN/WORKS/NCB/082/83, covers the Turke Kholsi Byawastapan Karya in wards 3 and 14 of the sub-metropolitan city. The accepted bid amount is Rs 3,32,90,705.85, excluding VAT and provisional sum.
The winning firm, Shear Tejeshwee JV, is based at Harinagar-2 in Sunsari district. According to the notice published on 17 October 2026, bids for the work were invited through a notice dated 6 Jestha 2083 BS and submitted through e-bidding, and the joint venture’s bid was found to be the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid among the technically successful proposals.
The letter of intent has been issued under subsection (2) of section 27 of the Public Procurement Act 2063, for the purpose of section 47 of the same Act, which gives other bidders a window to seek review before the contract is signed.
