Sisne Rural Municipality, Rukumkot, Rukum (East), Lumbini Province, has invited national competitive bids for five works packages under notice SISNE/NCB/WORKS/2083/84, first published on 29 Ashwin 2083 (15 October 2026).
The packages cover three road and drainage works (road upgrading and drainage construction in Wards 3, 5 and 6) and construction of two ward office buildings (Wards 4 and 5). Estimated costs range from about NRs 19.7 lakh to NRs 74.2 lakh per package, with bid security amounts between NRs 55,000 and NRs 220,000 and a bid document fee of NRs 3,000 per package.
Bidding documents can be purchased from the rural municipality office at Rukumkot, or from the liaison office in Kathmandu, until 18 Kartik 2083. Sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 19 Kartik 2083 (5 November 2026), and bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM at the municipality office. Bids remain valid for 90 days.
