Revised dates for the Huwas Parbat office building bid extension
The Huwas Parbat office building bid extension gives bidders more time for the Office Building Construction of the Area Administration Office, Huwas Parbat, under contract AAO/HUWAS/NCB/Works/01/083/84. The Government of Nepal issued the extension through the Ministry of Home Affairs, Area Administration Office, Huwas, Parbat, Gandaki Province. The original invitation appeared in a Gorkhapatra notice dated 2083/06/09. The Area Administration Office oversees local administration for the Huwas area of Parbat district.
Under the revised schedule, the last date for bid purchase is 29 October 2026 at 5:00 PM. The last date for bid submission is 30 October 2026 at 12:00 PM, and bids will be opened on 30 October 2026 at 1:00 PM.
The notice restates the qualification criteria from Section III of the bidding document. These cover average annual construction turnover, financial resources, and required bid capacity, with each partner required to meet 25 percent of the requirement and one partner required to meet 40 percent. Bidders must also show specific construction experience, including at least one contract of similar size and nature worth at least NRs 10,192,000 for one partner.
