Shivapuri Road Upgrading Tender
Shivapuri Rural Municipality, Nuwakot has invited hard copy bids for road upgrading works in Ward No. 1 and along Satteri Lokmarg.
The works are the upgrading of road works at various chainages in Ward No. 1, and the upgrading of Satteri Lokmarg road works. Contract SRM/NCB/WORKS/083-84/01 covers the upgrading of Shivapuri Krishi Ring Road at various chainages from Ward No. 1 to Ward No. 8, estimated at 1,21,71,744.03 without VAT and including PS, with bid security of 3,28,000. Contract SRM/NCB/WORKS/083-84/02 covers the upgrading of Sattari Lokmarg Bhattadado Mahendra Aa.Bi. Sadak, estimated at 25,79,214.00 without VAT and including PS, with bid security of 69,000. Bid security validity is 90/120 days and the bid document fee is 3,000 for both contracts. Bidding documents may be purchased up to November 18, 2026 (2083/08/02) during office hours. The deadline for bid submission is before 12:00 on November 19, 2026, and bids will be opened at 13:00 on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is set for 11:00 AM on November 6, 2026 (2083-07-20) at the Shivapuri Rural Municipality office, Nuwakot. The notice is dated 2083-07-12 and bids must be submitted in hard copy under National Competitive Bidding procedures (1S1E).
