Qualified bidders for the Mechanical Division Building financial proposal
The Mechanical Division Building financial proposal opening will be held on 2 November 2026 at 14:00 hours. Kathmandu Metropolitan City issued the notice through its Procurement Unit, with publication on 14 October 2026. The procurement reference is IFB No. 01-01-083-084-NCBW-ENV-KMC, covering the construction of the Mechanical Division Building. The new building will house the metropolitan city’s mechanical division operations once complete.
Twelve bidders qualified at the technical stage: Oracle Engineering Solution; Balaju Nirman Sewa; Gahil Engineering Services – East Nepal Construction JV; Sharada Devi Construction Pvt Ltd; Raut Brothers Construction and Drilling Service Pvt Ltd; PSS / RCS J.V.; Consolidated Gangotri J/V; Bihani Nirman Sewa; Guys – B.R. JV; Tara DM JV; PMK Construction Company Pvt Ltd; and Anjuma Sagarmatha J.V. Each of these firms met the technical criteria set out in the bidding document.
The financial proposals of these technically qualified bidders will be opened at the scheduled session, and the quoted prices will be read out. Bidders or their authorised representatives may attend. The session will be held at the metropolitan city’s procurement office at the stated date and time, following the procedures laid down in the bidding document. The metropolitan city will announce the results after evaluation.
