Qualified bidders for the Mhepi Ajima financial proposal opening
The Mhepi Ajima financial proposal opening is scheduled for 2 November 2026 at 14:00 hours. Kathmandu Metropolitan City announced the opening through the Office of the Municipal Executive at Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu, with the notice published on 14 October 2026. The procurement reference is IFB No. 09-13-082-83-NCBW-HTD-KMC-Ex, covering the construction of Mhepi Ajima Aga-Chhen and Dhyan Kendra in KMC-16.
Six bidders passed the technical evaluation, and their financial proposals will be opened at the scheduled session: DR/SMT JV; BNS-SPC Joint Venture; Pawan Construction 1; Ganapati Construction; Purna Laxmi Nirman Sewa; and Tal Barahi-Hilltop-M. P. J/V. All six firms cleared the technical evaluation stage before their price proposals were invited for opening.
The financial proposal opening is the stage where the prices quoted by technically qualified bidders are read out in public. Only the financial proposals of bidders declared technically qualified will be opened, while others remain unopened. Bidders or their authorised representatives may attend the session. The opening session will be conducted in line with the public procurement rules governing municipal contracts.
