- The proponent is the High Court Tulsipur, Butwal Bench, and the proposal is the construction and operation of a new administrative building at Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City ward no. 5, Rupandehi, Lumbini Province.
- The building is planned on plot (kitta) no. 6 with a total land area of about 9,872.96 sq m. The building will have four floors with a total floor area of about 5,100 sq m, as printed in the notice.
