Qualified bidders for the Basundhara Samudayik Building financial proposal
The Basundhara Samudayik Building financial proposal opening is set for 2 November 2026 at 14:00 hours. Kathmandu Metropolitan City issued the notice through its Procurement Unit, with publication on 14 October 2026. The procurement reference is IFB No. 23-33-082-083-NCBW-PWD-KMC, covering the construction work of Basundhara Samudayik Building in KMC-03. The community building project will serve residents of ward 3 once complete, providing a shared venue for local gatherings, training sessions, and community events.
Eleven bidders qualified at the technical stage: S.B. Brothers Construction Pvt Ltd; Pawan Construction 1; PSS/ Golden J.V.; Sita-B.B-DGS JV; Kanchan Construction Company Pvt Ltd; Orbit Engineering and Builders; The Supreme Nirman Sewa Pvt Ltd; Ganapati Construction; Sharada Devi-Saghatur J/V; Surendra Nirman Sewa Pvt Ltd; and Guys-B.R.JV. Each of these firms met the technical criteria set out in the bidding document.
The financial proposals of these technically qualified bidders will be opened at the scheduled session, and the quoted prices will be read out. Bidders or their authorised representatives may attend. The session will be held at the metropolitan city’s procurement office at the stated date and time, following the procedures laid down in the bidding document. The metropolitan city will announce the results after evaluation.
