Contract INRROAD\/SQ\/05\/2083-084 covers the RCC road, estimated at 19,45,189.61 including VAT and PS, with a bid fee of 1000 and bid security of 45,000. Contract INRROAD\/SQ\/06\/2083-084 covers the PCC road and gravel road, estimated at 18,48,392.14 including VAT and PS, with a bid fee of 1000 and bid security of 42,000. Bid validity is 45\/75 days from bid opening, and the time for completion is 3 months from the agreement or work order. Bid documents may be purchased during office hours up to 2083\/07\/18. The deadline for bid submission is November 5, 2026, at 12:00, and bids will be opened at 13:00 on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is set for 2083\/07\/16 at 14:00.
