Road Division Ilam contract awards Mai Khola bridge<\/h2>\n

The Road Division, Ilam, under the Federal Road Supervision and Monitoring Office, Itahari of the Department of Roads, has published a letter of intent naming the selected bidders for five road and bridge contracts in the eastern hills. The accepted amounts, which include VAT and provisional sum, add up to Rs 31,80,71,344.85.<\/p>\n

The largest award is the construction of a pre-stressed box girder motorable bridge at Mai Khola, Belase, along the Mechi Corridor in Ilam, which goes to M\/s Anjana Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. of Kathmandu at Rs 19,38,31,960.18 under contract RDILAM\/337011324\/082\/83-41(Re).<\/p>\n

The four road contracts are as follows. Slope stabilization and curve improvement works along the Fikkal to Shree Antu to Chhabise road, Fikkal to Siddhi Khola section, chainage 0+000 to 6+000, go to M\/s Sherpa-Elvis-CT JV of Jhapa at Rs 2,79,50,002.85. Road upgrading along the Namuna Chowk to Deurali section of the Bibiyante to Maipokhari to Sandakpur road, NH74, chainage 08+900 to 10+640, goes to M\/s Maila Bro-Gajurmukhi-Adrin JV of Ilam at Rs 2,59,03,105.56.<\/p>\n

Road upgrading along the Namuna Chowk to Deurali section of the Ilam to Sandakpur road, chainage 10+640 to 12+670, goes to M\/s Adhikari-SCI-Ishwori JV of Panchthar at Rs 4,42,64,262.26. Road side improvement works along the Ganesh Chowk to Tharpu section of the Mid Hill Highway, chainage 0+000 to 9+000, go to M\/s Lingthep and Co. Construction Pvt. Ltd. of Sunsari at Rs 2,61,22,014.00.<\/p>\n

The notice, published on 17 October 2026, refers to the division’s bid invitations RDILAM-083\/84-02 and RDILAM-083\/84-03 published in Gorkhapatra on 16 Bhadra and 1 Ashoj 2083 BS. It says the selected bids were evaluated as the closest to the average bid amount and substantially responsive. Anyone seeking a review of the decision must apply to the division by 11 Kartik 2083 BS, 28 October 2026, under section 47 of the Public Procurement Act 2063.<\/p>\n
