Bid validity is 120 days and bid security validity is 150 days. Bidding follows the single stage two envelope procedure.<\/li>\n<li>A pre-bid meeting is set for 26 October 2026 (2083\/07\/09) at 11:00 AM. Documents can be purchased until 2083\/07\/19.
