The project runs through Dhading and Nuwakot districts in Bagmati Province.<\/p>\n<h2>Borang-Naubise Transmission Line Project Details<\/h2>\n<p>The transmission line has a total length of about 47.94 km as printed in the notice, running from the Borang substation in Rubi Valley Rural Municipality towards Naubise. About 193.23 hectares of land, covering permanent and temporary needs, is required for the project as printed.<\/p>\n<p>The affected areas as printed in the notice include Rubi Valley, Khaniyabas, Tripurasundari, and Netrawati Dabjong rural municipalities and Nilkantha Municipality in Dhading district, and Tarkeshwor Rural Municipality and Belkotgadhi Municipality in Nuwakot district.<\/p>\n<p>Written opinions and suggestions on the revised report are invited from affected municipalities, schools, hospitals, health posts, and stakeholders within 7 days of publication, by 22 October 2026.
