The Nepal Telecom duct pipe tender invites international competitive bids for the supply and delivery of permanently lubricated HDPE (PLHDPE) duct pipe and accessories for the backbone transmission network. Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited issued the invitation through its Backbone Transmission Directorate (BTD) at Babarmahal, Kathmandu, with first publication on 14 October 2026 under IFB No. NDCL\/BTD\/ICB\/02\/083-84.<\/p>\n

Bidding follows a single stage, two envelope procedure, and only hard copy bids will be accepted. The bidding document is available until 24 November 2026 against a non-refundable fee of NPR 10,000 or USD 70. Payments in Nepali rupees go to the Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited account at Nabil Bank Limited, while US dollar payments go to the company account at Everest Bank Limited.<\/p>\n

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM on 6 November 2026 at the BTD office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu. Bidders may submit their bids by mail, by hand, or by courier. Sealed bids must reach the directorate on or before 12:00 PM on 25 November 2026, and bids will be opened at 1:00 PM the same day at Nepal Telecom, BTD, Babarmahal, in the presence of attending bidders or their representatives.<\/p>\n

Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. Each bid must include bid security of at least NPR 815,000 or USD 5,330, which stays valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period.
