At the start of each month we check dealer and supplier rates across the valley for the core construction materials, then publish the snapshot here. This page always shows the latest month. Older snapshots stay on the site so you can watch how prices move over time. We are expanding the list each month: PPC cement, more rebar sizes, timber, and binding wire are next once we have verified dealer rates.<\/p>\n\n
