Inaruwa RCC PCC Road Tender
Inaruwa Municipality, Sunsari has invited hard copy bids for road construction works at Inaruwa-3.
The works are the construction of RCC Road at Inaruwa-3, and the construction of PCC Road and gravel road at Inaruwa-3. Contract INRROAD/SQ/05/2083-084 covers the RCC road, estimated at 19,45,189.61 including VAT and PS, with a bid fee of 1000 and bid security of 45,000. Contract INRROAD/SQ/06/2083-084 covers the PCC road and gravel road, estimated at 18,48,392.14 including VAT and PS, with a bid fee of 1000 and bid security of 42,000. Bid validity is 45/75 days from bid opening, and the time for completion is 3 months from the agreement or work order. Bid documents may be purchased during office hours up to 2083/07/18. The deadline for bid submission is November 5, 2026, at 12:00, and bids will be opened at 13:00 on the same day. A pre-bid meeting is set for 2083/07/16 at 14:00.
