Tribhuvan Rajpath upgrading bid Parsa Road Division Hetauda
Road Division Hetauda, Makwanpur, under the Department of Roads, has invited sealed hard copy bids from eligible bidders for two highway upgrading contracts in Parsa, in tender notice number 07/2083/084 dated 2083/06/30 (16 October 2026).
- Upgrading of the Tribhuvan Rajpath from Miteri Bridge to Ghantaghar Road, Parsa, chainage 00+000 to 04+000 (contract TRP/RDHTD/33701130/083/84-26), with bid security of Rs 60 million (Rs 6 crore).
- Upgrading of the Tribhuvan Rajpath from Ghantaghar to Gandak Chowk Road, Parsa, km 04+000 to km 08+054 (contract TRP/RDHTD/33701130/083/84-27), with bid security of Rs 55 million (Rs 5.5 crore).
- The bid document fee is Rs 20,000 for each contract. Bid validity is 120 days and bid security validity is 150 days. Bidding follows the single stage two envelope procedure.
- A pre-bid meeting is set for 26 October 2026 (2083/07/09) at 11:00 AM. Documents can be purchased until 2083/07/19. Bids close at 12:00 noon on 6 November 2026 (2083/07/20) and open at 13:00 the same day at Road Division Hetauda.
