Tokha Municipality, Maijuhiti, Kathmandu has invited hard copy bids from eligible bidders for a set of construction works, in a notice dated 2083/06/30 (16 October 2026). Only the works items of the notice are listed here.
- Road blacktopping and footpath work covering Chauki Tol, Tilingtar and Dahalgauda up to Nature Club and the Greenland area (contract 08/NCB/TM/W/2083-84), estimated at Rs 24,08,961.69 with VAT and PS, bid security Rs 59,000.
- Third floor truss construction, stairs and toilet, room construction and stone wall plaster at Chundevei basic school (contract 09/NCB/TM/W/2083-84), estimated at Rs 30,97,839.12, bid security Rs 77,000.
- Road upgrading inside Harihar Ashram at ward 6 (contract 10/NCB/TM/W/2083-84), estimated at Rs 30,92,714.85, bid security Rs 76,000.
- Municipal meeting hall construction and management (contract 11/NCB/TM/W/2083-84), estimated at Rs 28,19,657.24, bid security Rs 70,000.
- Drinking water pipeline extension and road paving work behind the ward 6 office and north of Kumari Mandir (contract 12/SQ/TM/W/2083-84), estimated at Rs 14,50,342.96, bid security Rs 36,000, with submission on 2083-07-18.
- For the NCB packages, documents can be purchased until 2083-07-19 and bids close at 12:00 noon on 2083-07-20 (6 November 2026), opening at 1:00 PM the same day. The document fee is Rs 3,000 for NCB packages and Rs 1,000 for the sealed quotation package.
