The estimated amount for the works is NRs 1,01,94,319.34, including the provisional sum but excluding VAT and contingencies. The bidding document fee is NRs 3,000, payable through Machhapuchchhre Bank, Annapurna, Bhojpur. Bidders must furnish a bid security of NRs 2,90,000, which must remain valid for 120 days, while the bid itself must stay valid for 90 days.

The new health post building will strengthen primary health care services for residents of the Nagi area and surrounding settlements of the rural municipality.
